Backpacker Lodges
The Te Nikau Retreat has two Lodges that can be used for either big groups and families or also for individual travelers, friends, backpackers, etc.
Both of of the Lodges are nestled in the native West Coast Bush and give you a perfect base to explore and enjoy the area.
Rata Lodge
Rata is our biggest Lodge, surrounded by nature and with a porch to hang out - perfect for families and groups. The big bed room at the second floor, the rock in the kitchen and the shape of the house make it really individual and so much fun to explore.
In three bedrooms can sleep up to 10 people.
Lavender room $ 95/night (Queen-bed)
Magnolia room $ 95/night (Queen-bed)
Top-floor room $ 40/night and person (6 single beds)

Weka Lodge
Spacious self contained Lodge suited to hikers, cyclists and adventurers and also families. Conveniently located next to a car park and only a short walk through the bush to the beach.
It has one big bed room with seven single beds (no bunks!)
